We are not responsible for any typographical errors in this website.

Customer is fully responsible for providing us with the correct color code/
paint code, and any other related vehicle information when placing the order.


"Payment Terms"

All Payments are to be made in U.S. Funds only.

We accept the following forms of Payment:
PayPal
Visa
Mastercard
Discover
American Express
Western Union Money Transfers

No "Personal" Checks will be accepted.

Sorry, but we do not ship orders on a "COD" basis.


"SALES TAX"

Any item shipped within the State of Illinois
shall pay the required sales tax rate.


"SHIPPING TERMS"

Customer shall pay all Shipping & Handling Charges when the Order is placed,
unless if shipping is included in the price for that particular item.


"PRODUCT DAMAGE/ PRODUCT DEFECTS"

Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported
to us within (7) days after receiving the shipment.
These items will be replaced at no charge.
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival,
please DO NOT accept the shipment.


"ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY" 

Any order cancelled before it has been shipped will be
subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

All customer payments are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor.
During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders
might need to be cancelled at times, we are unable to do this for free of charge,
while providing competitive pricing to our customers.

NOTE: If you are assessed a cancellation fee; then you will be given
a "STORE CREDIT" for that same amount that can be used
towards any future purchase.


"RETURN POLICY"

No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted without
first obtaining a (RA) Return Authorization Number.

Any items returned for Credit and or Exchange that arrive
in a damaged condition; no credit or exchange will be given.
In cases such as this; the customer will have to seek any
type of financial reimbursement from the shipping company.
Any such damaged items will not be returned back to the customer.


"REFUND POLICY"

Items which have not been installed, and in
fully resalable condition may be returned to us for a Refund.
This must be done within (30) days after the date of purchase.

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
Custom Floor Mats | Custom Seat Covers | Custom Dash Covers


These above mentioned items will only be "Replaced" or "Repaired"
at No-Charge if you received the incorrect item;
or if the item has been determined by the appropriate manufacturer

to have been manufactured incorrectly or is defective.

"IMPORTANT"

All items returned for a Refund will be charged both a mandatory
Return and Restock Fee; which shall also cover our original expense of
shipping the product to the customer.

"Shipping Charges of any type are not refundable for any item that is returned".


"PRODUCT WARRANTIES"

The applicable manufacturer's warranty shall apply for the item.

We can not warrant or guaranty the color and or fit
of any item for a specific application and or purpose.


"PRODUCT PAINTING"

Some of our items are available Pre-Painted.
If your vehicle is less than 3 years old then we will make every effort to have
this item pre-painted to match your vehicle color code that is provided to us.
We do not guarantee an exact perfect paint color match. If you desire a
perfect paint color match then we suggest that any such item to be painted
by your local auto body shop. If you desire to paint any such items yourself;
then we will not reimburse anyone for any Prepping/ Painting charges.


"PRODUCT INSTALLATION"

Professional installation is highly recommended for any item.

Any associated installation costs involved with the
installation of any item is not refundable, and
is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We shall assume no responsibility whatsoever due to the improper
installation of any item, and or any damage to the vehicle or the
product itself during or after the installation.
