SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

All orders that are received are processed within 1 business day. (Excluding Weekends and or Holidays). After your order has been processed we will strive to have the item shipped within 1-2 business days.

Some of our items are either in short supply; or have to be custom made which may delay your order shipment by a few days. If there happens to be a significant delay in your order shipment; we will promptly contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY METHODS:

"FREE SHIPPING" to the Lower 48 US States is offered for many of our items listed on our website. This is for Standard UPS or FedEx Ground Service only.

"TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPING" Some of our larger items cannot be shipped by UPS or FedEx and therefore are not elgible for FREE SHIPPING. Any additional shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen.

"AIR EXPRESS DELIVERY" We do offer express delivery for an additional charge for only those items that can be shipped by UPS or FedEx only. Please contact us either by email or telephone to obtain such a shipping quote.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE LOWER 48 US STATES:

We do offer shipments outside of the Lower US States. Please contact us either by email or telephone to obtain such a shipping quote.

SHIPMENTS TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

Sorry but we do not ship any orders to PO Boxes, and or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

We will strive to provide you with any associated tracking number within 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

PRODUCT DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT:

All of our items are fully insured against any damage during shipment. Please contact us immediately if any product has been damaged upon arrival; whereupon we will then try our very best to ship you the replacement item.
